No-Churn Banana Ice Cream has the smooth and creamy texture of ice cream without the added sugar and fat. And not only is it healthy for you, but it can be made with just 1 ingredient!
What I love about this recipe is that it is super easy to make. All you need is a blender or food processor, some ripe bananas, and whatever flavorings and toppings that you would like.
There are so many possibilities with this. I add vanilla extract into mine and top it simply with sprinkles or fruit. I have used coconut extract and topped it with toasted coconut, but my favorite one was when I scooped the ice cream into small balls, put them back into the freezer to harden, then dipped them into chocolate for a delicious, sweet snack. This is a recipe where you can let your creativity shine. I’m giving you the basics. It’s your job to put your spin on it.
