I’m not gonna lie. The amount of cake and ice cream that I’ve eaten this past month is ridiculous and trust me, it was NOT in moderation. Knowing full well that the rest of the summer is going to be busy for me, I had to come up with dessert recipes that are healthier and easier to make. What better summertime dessert than popsicles!? They take no time to make, are low in sugar, and are perfect if you have kids.
Today, I have Strawberry Kiwi, Mixed Fruit, and Red, White, and Blue Popsicles. (The red, white, and blue is perfect for the 4th of July).
